Sunday, September 04, 2011. This summer we had will be hard to top. My kids loved the Oregon Coast so much that they didn't notice that the water was ice cold, or the winds a bit uncomfortable. Despite my feelings about cheerleading, I signed Stella up for a cheer clinic at NDPA with her friend, Harper. They were so excited and so cute performing! My little Stella couldn't stop talking about her teachers and how much fun she had out on the gym floor. Her favorite part was that I put some mascara on her. ;). Monday, August 17, 2009. Hard to Let Go! The kids started school today. Its hard to believe that all three of them are in school now and I no longer have little ones at home. It was hard letting Kella go, but she was so excited! She told me last night that she can't believe that she is going to a real school to learn really important things! Wednesday, June 23, 2010. This day we kayaked to " Secret Falls". We kayaked several miles down the river and took about a mile hike to the falls, which is no longer a secret! After lunch, we went on another hike to Kipu Falls. The boys took their first jump off the 20 foot falls (we know its that tall because some guy was measuring it). I refused to watch but they did it and loved it! I was nervous about taking the kids, but they had so much fun and we made some great memories! June 29, 2010 at 1:01 PM.

Wednesday, May 27, 2009. Mekella has had several big moments over the last few weeks. The first one being her final dance competition of the year . Her team took first and in her words "we won them all.". She graduated from pre school last week. She now goes around the house singing "I'm almost a kindergartner." The boys keep telling her not to be so excited because school is all dumb from here. I wish they would keep that info to themselves, but they tell me they are just being honest. Me: No you don't.
