Sure, I have my maintenance weight to stay at, but it's just not the same drive so to speak. I need a reason to get my walking in, a goal to go after. How Did You Do It? That has got to be the number one question that I answer almost daily. At times I pause and probably look a little silly because that question still sounds unreal. How did you do it? I follow the weight loss program called Options by Kim Bensen. I wear a pedometer every single day and record how many steps I take.
