Steph's Birding Blog: January 2013
http://brickbungalowbackyard.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 10, 2013. I am a bad blogger! I can barely keep up with one, let alone two. I've decided to combine them. So if anyone would like to join me, I can be found at: Little Brick Bungalow. Yard has been pretty busy with the regulars, but this cute little Red Breasted Nuthatch is new. It's been hanging out since Christmas Day. It may have been here sooner, but this is the first that I've seen it. I also saw a White Breasted Nuthatch on Christmas Eve, but not since. First: on 5/10, I spotted a Hairy Woodpecker in the yard. He went to both feeders, I am kind of wondering if he's the same one that stopped in over the winter. Pics are blurry and dark because I took them through the window. Walking up to the pond we were greeted by this family of 5:. On our way back we...

Lifeofmadmumof3: January 2011
http://lifeofmadmumof3.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 26 January 2011. Need a rant here before I say something I know I will regret. Advice greatfully recieved but please no judging, I do enough of that myself. My eldest daughter is 14, and a ' typical teen" labels are everything, appearance is everything, money is everything. She is opinionated, strong willed, and always right! This has meant a significant drop in our income, and a lot of tightening our belts! Back to the teen. Saturday, 22 January 2011. Labels: Charlie 2 days old. They diagnose...

Lifeofmadmumof3: June 2012

Sunday, 17 June 2012. The funny things they say make the hard side of being a parent so much easier. After a long hard day, it makes it all better when my 5yo boy says 'I love you all the way to the sun and back with my thousand hearts' I'm still not sure where a teeny boy would fit 1000 hearts, but so cute. Despite all the trials and tribulations, I love being a Mum, and would do it again in a heartbeat.but with a more realistic view! Bring on the mispronunciations.they are the best! My Funny Old World!

Monday, 20 June 2011. Being in so much pain I would safely say that sex is not the first thing on my mind! She has dreadlocks which our son has lovingly called 'spider hair', but she doesn't mind. She says she adores him, that he has a wonderful personality and is a lovely boy, so maybe I am being a good mum in some ways. I will leave it there for now, but no doubt I will come back to this subject on future posts, but I want to stay positive and try not to dwell on the difficult times ahead.

Lifeofmadmumof3: Is Self-Sufficient the way to go?
http://lifeofmadmumof3.blogspot.com/2010/12/is-self-sufficient-way-to-go.html

Which is not a problem as I love baking, when the fibro allows. Next, thanks to Worthenshaws, we found a soya/dairy free ice-cream.cue one very happy boy! So after a couple of months in, we are getting used to checking ingredients. How could we not have checked, no wonder he has still been run down.Charlie is a major bread fan!
