I thought I would get a few pictures of myself on the tread mill so that I could see the difference as I lose weight of how I look on my tread mill. Anything to keep me motivated. I have to say I really like my tread mill and where it is located I am able to see the TV so if I am watching a movie on Netflix I can watch and walk at the same time. Most of the time I actually end up walking longer because I am not thinking about it.
