When I get to UBC Thunderbird arena, they inform me that they have changed my position because I am ' happy'! So I am moved from my position in the media load zone to the Athlete load zone, yipeee! The buses are mostly greeted by one of the volunteers wearing a St-Patrick's day vest and leprechaun hat. Il y a encore un match avec les canadiens aujourd'hui et le stationnement devient assez occupé à ce temps puisqu'il y a beaucoup de spectateurs pour ce match. Le canada réussi à battre la Suède 10-1. Sunday, February 28, 2010. Feb 27th; Day off. I started my walk-about heading past the Cheerios cheer wall, the line for free Cheerios was a bit too long so I skipped that. Then a walk past LiveCity Downtown, I was going to possibly head in to get a free special pin for volunteers, but the line was about 30mins long and the pavilion will be open during the paralympics, so I will head back later.
