Richtig, gezeichnet mit Lineal und Zirkel, ohne digitale "Grid"/Perspektiven-Tools. Anschliessend aber digital coloriert. CD Cover Art made in 2009; an exercise in perspective drawing. Thursday, April 3, 2014. Zinbradar Greymark. Blue version with name tag. A Dungeons and Dragons character called "Zinbradar Greymark"; a dragonborn paladin. Sketched with pencil, scan coloured with Wacom Intous 4. The original has a resolution of 3306x4676 pixels. I used the Wizards of the Coast drawings as orientation but my version deviates from them - this is how i imagine a dragonborn. Below some prior sketches of the character. All of them made spring 2012. 1st sketch of Zinbradar.

Monday, April 15, 2013. Moon Hair Lady Wallpaper. A very recent work - it depicts the "woman in the moon", travelling with it towards the surface of earth where her feet are bound to walk her very first steps on earthly paths. I traced a first sketch (manually) with vectors. Colourisation afterwards (pixel-based); I kept it relatively flat on purpose. There were several versions - it came down to the two below. Full wallpaper size is 2560x1600 - download - set as background - enjoy ;).

Friday, March 15, 2013. Sulwen avatar 2013 version b. In 2008 I was asked by a friend to make an avatar and to integrate certain elements (the moon, a woman, leaves, and the colour blue). Recently I stumbled over the picture and decided to give it a makeover. I think it would make a great CD cover. EDIT: In the meantime it found its purpose as cover art for a mixtape.
