September 7, 2011. 和食友先在附近處理點’事情’，之後就到一同位於跑馬地口的 連粵日居酒屋. 食友Ｋ已預先安排好菜式，等待主角和一眾食友到齊後，就開始這晚和英雄的餞行宴 和食友吃飯，少不免會有酒 這晚喝的是 柚子清酒. 的比較接近，只是鮮甜肉味更加濃郁 牛腩件件肥瘦剛好，筋位更是爽滑彈牙 不能錯過的還有那蘿蔔片，清甜無渣，由頭到尾都非常完美 真想不到這裡，讓我碰上了最完美的清湯腩. 令我想起hanger steak 可能真的拍照得太久了，所以牛肉都涼了點，肉味也淡，反而血水的腥甜更加突出 用來點的醬汁味道太濃，個人不喜歡. 記得有次和英雄閒聊，談起有甚麼一直想吃，卻未曾嘗試的蛋糕 她一直想吃出名香濃的 Awfully Chocolate. 今次為她設餞行宴，憶起與她那帶點失落的對話，就決定趁這機會一圓英雄心願 這晚買來 chocolate and banana cake. September 17, 2011. 包括比較清新的mozzarella cheese伴沙律，酸酸的幾清新 roasted vegetables添上黑醋又是另一無敵的意式配搭，最愛就是那長長的tomato dough sticks，用手豪邁的拿著一條咬，實在非常爽 但因知道之後還又很多食物吃，所以只得忍著手預留位置. 也是以長條麵包條作伴碟 材料非常多種，所以口感也相當豐富，有軟稔的也有香脆的，賣相也吸引，反而是那幾片雞肉質感奇怪又沒味道 沙律醬都是普通味道，最令人記得的反而是那goat cheese粒 濃濃的酥味令人感到莫名的興奮，好像酒精上腦的快感 然後，你會忍不住再去吃多一點，再多一點. 蘑菇加薄餅絕對不是新鮮事，但以北京填鴨做薄餅，應該是這裡始創的了吧 塗有海鮮醬的 Peking Duck. 先嘗 Fusilli ai Funghi. 之後的是 Farfalle con Salsiccia. September 4, 2011. 鵝肉味不濃，質地帶點粗，不佳 腎片也鹵得不入味 最重要的是那鹵水汁雖然偏甜，但欠缺深層次香濃，感覺像是不夠’老’，但照計像德記這店，應該不會用新鹵水吧 唯獨是那毡底的豆腐，吃的時候還熱騰騰的，軟滑又有豆香，是整碟鹵水唯一令我有衝動再動筷. 是小時候吃潮州菜時常吃的，也許大人們總貪它無骨又香口，小朋友一定喜歡 這裡的蝦棗質感鬆散，毫不爽口彈牙，也沒鮮味 蟹棗比較好一點，起碼有海鮮鮮味 點的只有濃甜醬而沒有桔油，但就算有，也彌補不了那缺席的海鮮味道和口感. 早知德記做的是不喜歡的半煎炸蠔餅，所以在落單時已指明要慢煎的版本 可惜送來的居然是薄薄一片，賣相很削 切開，蠔仔也是碎濕濕的，沒甚麼味，更不要談鮮味了，甚至連腥味都沒有，失敗 撇開蠔仔不談，蠔蛋餅本身的質感也奇怪，粉的比重高，沒有甚麼蛋香味. September 18, 2011. 再嘗麵條 麵條居然全都’達成一塊’，緊緊的黏在一起，分也分不開，也有煮過頭的感覺 正常的掛麵應該不會是這樣吧 千辛萬苦終於將麵分開，浸一點落湯汁吃，那過稔的麵條根本掛不到任何湯汁，入口也是粉粉的，沒有麵條應有的麥香，反而鹼水味甚重 這掛麵在湯和麵兩個最基本的環節已不合格，實在令人沒有興致再吃下去. 不吃麵不喝湯，那吃配料可以了吧 掛麵裡有叉燒，但已切成細粒，所以也吃不出甚麼豬肉味炭燒味來 糖心蛋是有半隻，但那蛋黃既不糖心，也沒味道，蛋白過硬，不是拉麵店應有的水準 其他配料，都平平無奇，沒甚印象. 一客有十隻 賣相，卻是真的麻麻得很 扁平的一大片半溶不軟芝士片，上面唧了沙律醬，那混亂的賣相，核突點說句，很像嘔吐物 勉強切開那噠成一塊的芝士沙律醬混合體，下面的餃子卻和上層完全沒連繫，所以吃的時候會’甩甩漏’的餃還餃芝士還芝士.
