baked by liz: if Starbucks can do it...
http://bakedbyliz.blogspot.com/2009/10/if-starbucks-can-do-it.html
Monday, October 5, 2009. If Starbucks can do it. I know that Thanksgiving is still six weeks away, meaning it's probably too early for the seasonal deluge of pumpkin-pie-spiced foods. But here in Minnesota it's COLD already, cold enough that I've been hunting for my box of winter clothes that got somehow misplaced in my move. Cold enough that I heard the "s-word" on a weather report yesterday. (snow? We are not in Manhattan anymore.) And cold enough that I felt justified in needing. 2 c all purpose flour.

Perhaps it doesn't like humidity. I like to think there are other More Thing-ers prowling the pages of WJMN tonight, this penultimate night of the "More Things" challenge! Monday, May 3, 2010. Coming of Age in a Video Store. I have watched some porn. It makes me feel queasy, because watching other people have sex is not one of my things. I have not, however, rented porn. Even if I wanted to watch it, I just cannot imagine walking up to a clerk and dumping an armload of my sexual fantasies on the counter in front of her. Saturday, March 21, 2015. Me Challenge - Using Up Kits. This past weekend, I brought a thermos of tea into my craft room. One of the cats immediately upended the entire thing into a 3-drawer stand conveniently made of wire . This meant that not only did the top drawer get wet, the contents of all three got a lovely coating of sugary, milky tea as it drained down. Mmmmmmm. The cards were all super shiny and the glitter on the embellishments was pretty thick and peeling on more than half of them. So, I've ...
