CLICK HERE FOR THOUSANDS OF FREE BLOGGER TEMPLATES. Life of a Turnip. Monday, July 26, 2010. Check out these guns. Two weeks ago, me and a fellow friend of mine, Amanda. Went to eat at the fabulous Little Savannah. While I was awake, I searched in bed on my blackberry for recipes for this wonderful concoction called Cioppino. I found two recipes on Whole Food's website that I liked, so that was my mission for the day. Mediterranean Cioppino with Bacon. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil. 1 cup white wine.

Life of a Turnip: Delicious Ambiguity...

CLICK HERE FOR THOUSANDS OF FREE BLOGGER TEMPLATES. Life of a Turnip. Monday, May 10, 2010. I wanted a perfect ending. Now I've learned, the hard way, that some poems don't rhyme, and some stories don't have a clear beginning, middle, and end. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what's going to happen next. Delicious Ambiguity."- Gilda Radner. I will definitely post pictures as soon as I have them. So be on the look out for Jean Lo...

CLICK HERE FOR THOUSANDS OF FREE BLOGGER TEMPLATES. Life of a Turnip. Monday, December 8, 2008. Well Winter isn't officially here, but it is December and we have definitely had some blustery chilly days here in Birmingham. I love those gray, windy, cold days when all you want to do is stay inside where it's warm, curl up on the sofa and watch bad tv or movies and make a big pot of homemade soup! I absolutely love LOVE LOOVE. Did I say that I love soup? So when it's a cold bluster day, try this soup.

CLICK HERE FOR THOUSANDS OF FREE BLOGGER TEMPLATES. Life of a Turnip. Saturday, October 17, 2009. One of my favorite times of the year. So August and September came and went, it's amazing how fast these two months went by, when June and July felt like it would never end. I guess that's due to school starting back, busy new season of shows at the gallery, and fooooootball. I was thinking if I was to dress up this year, which I am not sure if I am or not, but if I was, what I would be? With that being said...

The good thing is that it was work property that was mostly taken, so Eakin of course will get another laptop, but that doesn't replace everything that was on the laptop. And the CSI guy dusted and found nothing, because apparently he used socks on his hands. If there was a penny on the floor, then it was gone! It makes me have a sick feeling in my stomach. I have never been p...

CLICK HERE FOR THOUSANDS OF FREE BLOGGER TEMPLATES. Life of a Turnip. Wednesday, June 2, 2010. Scout was born on May 18th! I had been waiting patiently to see how many puppies were going to be born, and there were 7 total, 4 boys and 3 girls. Upon seeing the photos of the girls, I immediately knew that the only black and white girl was for me. I'm so excited, and know that she was meant to be mine. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). A Southern Girl in her roots, but still has a lot of exploring to do.

Eakin and I left Saturday morning to head to Tennessee to go get our new addition! We stopped in Franklin and met up with Eakin's friend Hugh Mitchell who lives in Nashville and had lunch and walked around downtown. Franklin is truly a charming town! Save the Franklin Theatre! Doesn't this look amazing? Tuna Nachos, which was incredible! Montana, Lila's Mother.
