http://papercutbanners.blogspot.com/2006/03/uganda-banners.html

Writings in ordinary time. Friday, March 10, 2006. When we visited Mbarara, Uganda last summer we had a chance to make papercut banners for University Baptist Church. I designed the banners and the medical students at the University, members of the church, and members of an AIDS support group called Go and Make Disciples worked together on cutting out the images. There were two banners. Posted by Melinda @ 11:42 AM. View my complete profile. This is the banner we made in South.

http://jccreech.blogspot.com/2008/07/summertime.html

I realized I haven't posted on here in a while, so I figured I'd do a brief summary of this summer. It's been crazy busy. It all started off with working at Camp Wild in Galveston again. I worked there last year and I still had a blast this year. Those kids are so fun! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

http://jccreech.blogspot.com/2008/03/oh-i-am-wrong-and-of-these-things-i.html

Oh, I am wrong and of these things I repent. I repent, I repent of my pursuit of America's dream. I repent, I repent of living like I deserve anything. Of my house, my fence, my kids, my wife. In our suburb where we're safe and white. Oh, I am wrong and of these things I repent. I repent, I repent of parading my high liberty. I repent, I repent of paying for what I get for free. And of the way I believe that I'm living right. By trading sins for others that are easier to hide. Cause I'm just a little jea...

amateur writings: My stories from small towns, many thanks to Ike

http://jccreech.blogspot.com/2008/09/my-stories-from-small-towns-many-thanks.html

My stories from small towns, many thanks to Ike. The time, temperature, and date will scroll by. Well, this town was showing their feelings toward the hurricane in the Gulf. After the date scrolled by, another line showed up: “Take a hike, Ike! 8221; Another note to self: Remember that scrolling marquee’s always produce quotable lines. So here I sit on the porch. Fixin’ to go down to the local Mickey D’s to get free wifi. Looking out over the farm, listening to Nanci Griffith sing.

Papercut Bindery
