http://paraguayinternship.blogspot.com/2011/12/finances.html

Sunday, December 4, 2011. The finances you will have to raise to come here will vary a bit depending on your length of stay. For a rough idea, we asked a recent intern who came for a month to bring $500. That covers all your expenses while in Pargauay (minus a trip to Iguazu Falls). Honor God in all we do. We are medical missionaries with SIM (Serving in Mission) working to plant churches in rural Paraguay. God has blessed us with 8 children, a peaceful town to live in, precious friends (both Paraguayan and team mates), fulfillment in our ministry and a beautiful culture to explore. He truly has given us more that we could ever have asked or imagined. Ryan is 16 and starting his Senior year. Ginny is 14 years old. Joshua is 13 years old. Tyler is 11 years old. Micah is 9 years old.

Paraguay's Information Infrastructure - Asuncion

One Laptop per Child. My first glance at Asuncion, Paraguay. The city lies next to the Paraguay River, which is the largest river I have ever seen. There are lots of red-tiled roofs which look beautiful from up in the air. One of the most prominent buildings is a soccer stadium. There are not a lot of high rise buildings in the city. I did notice that there were many abandoned buildings. They don't tear them down! Create a free website. Create your own free website. Start your own free website.
