EU LCS Summer Split: Week 1, Day 2 | Pardon the Disconnect
https://pardonthedc.wordpress.com/2014/05/21/eu-lcs-summer-split-week-1-day-2
EU LCS Summer Split: Week 1, Day 2. May 21, 2014. The second day of the Summer Split has passed in Europe, and a few more stories have started to emerge. It’s too early to make any real predictions about how a team will fare over the next 11 weeks, but there are a few trends to look at. Millenium: Scrying It Up. Alliance: Such Wave Control, Much Wow. Supa Hot Crew: Supa Hot Fights. They are also overly aggressive. Against Alliance, SHC had the opportunity to close out the game in a measured manner, b...

https://pardonthedc.wordpress.com/2014/05/23/power-rankings-for-the-na-lcs
Power Rankings for the NA LCS. May 23, 2014. While there was very little change in Europe, the North American side of the LCS went through a huge shake up. Not only were two of the three teams that dropped into relegation ousted, but existing teams made a ton of trades and acquisitions. While Europe looks a little stagnated, it seems that the US is really trying to assemble teams that can compete on the world stage. I honestly think CLG should have beaten TSM in the Spring Split and finished second overa...

Pardon the egg salad stains, but I'm in love
Friday, June 27, 2014. Becoming Dulcinea: life lessons of a kitchen slut. Being Aldonza is really hard. If you've seen my Instagram feed lately, I've polluted it with brag photos of my bruises, cuts, scrapes, and matted hair. Is something altogether indescribable. I've been gushing to anyone who will listen lately- including a nice reporter (article here. Of the soul-stirring, redemptive powers of the creative process of developing a character for the stage. Boy oh boy. Well here's my start, dang it.

Friday, November 29, 2013. The Charter came from Queen Elizabeth. Granting land from the Monastery of All Hallows. For use as a college. Those are the facts. And unfortunately we didn't stick around to get details; except that the famous book of Kells is on display in the library, which I hear is lovely but we didn't want to pay the entry fee. Famous Trinity College Graduates:. At least the one's I really care about :). Saturday, November 16, 2013. So, we went. AFTER we arrived safely at our hostel, we h...

Chip Griffin explores business, media, technology and communications. August 11, 2015. The meaning of Google’s Alphabet play. With news late yesterday that Google would create a parent company for itself, financial and tech pundits started churning their gears to figure out what it all means. Was the establishment of Alphabet merely a way to retain the services of rising star Sundar Pichai who snagged the title of CEO for the new Google subsidiary? July 28, 2015. February 3, 2011 · 12:07 pm. Verizon to Randomly Punish Heavy Data Users. Apparently, Verizon is going to begin throttling the data speeds. Of the top 5% of heaviest data users. While I am sympathetic to the need to manage capacity on their network, this approach is just wrong on so many levels. This also creates a situation whereby if we all start conserving data access, to avoid being in the top 5%, we’ll reduce data usage and yet the top 5% will. Next to scream, then: Netflix.). Figure out how to thro...

Pardon the Dog Hair. Scroll down to content. October 6, 2015. Time just keeps flying by doesn’t it? I can hardly believe it is October, but here we are.
