Friday, November 25, 2011. Am I missing something? Where is the joy in parenting? I love my kids with all of my heart and am proud of them but where is the joy? I spend my days pleading with them to clean their rooms, be respectful to ME! Eat their vegies, go and play, stop fighting, stop yelling, pick up after themselves etc. Have I gone wrong somewhere or are other parents in the same boat? These parents who say that being a parent is the most wonderful experience they could imagine, are they serious?
