Tuesday, March 26, 2013. We are now Wednesday morning here in China, 6:30am! I just can't sleep today. No worries though I feel well rested. Every day we get up, and pull back the curtains hoping to have the sun shine in our eyes.but.nope, nothing but a thick grey smog! The orphanage visits have been very good! Monday, March 18, 2013. Long time no post! WOW, way too long since I've blogged! I'm heading off to China again for another trip to XinXiang Henan China, to our Gracie's Room Program there. I'm hoping to see the children in much better conditions than the last time few times we were there. They've moved into a nice bright and new building and we have 2 big beautiful rooms for our program which is now running 24hours a day! I'll be updating this blog whenever I can, so stay tuned to keep updated!

Wednesday, May 27, 2009. Finally, reporting the half-marathon. I ran the much anticipated half-marathon on May 10th. Sorry I didn't report on it sooner, but I think I needed some perspective first. It didn't go too bad. I had some fun with some great friends and about 80% of the run was enjoyable. I didn't do as good as I had hoped. The weather totally wasn't on my side. Friday, March 13, 2009. Good news, bad news, good news, bad news. Good news: Lincoln 5 KM road race is this weekend. Bad news: I tore my PCL ligament on Tuesday, when I fell in my driveway. Good news: It feels much better, may be able to run with a knee brace and Advil. Bad news: I can get through the 5 KM, but I may have to avoid next week's long run. Good news: My long run is up to 13 km. Good news: My speed (before the injury) has improved greatly. Good news: It's Friday. Ouch, My Toe.
