Every once in awhile something puts itself right in front of you and it won't let you forget. You can't ignore it. It just is. And you know it. That happened yesterday. The Kate Spade sunglasses, staying as far away from Jackie O. as I possibly could. And the glasses . well, see for yourself:. That I ever came to. Now, I know. I have glasses on. Another adjustment. The guys with the mega-blowers didn't just clear out their own space, but rather they walked up and down the street, clearing the entire length of sidewalks and others' parking spaces. Saturday, August 28, 2010. One more year . Day yesterday . Long but good. Not being a morning person, waking up shortly after 5:30 am did not guarantee a good start - or, at least, an energetic start - to my day. We hit the road by 7 am and walked into the doors of the hospital right on time for our 9:15 am appointment. Of course, we didn't see the doctor until 1:00 pm. And that little chat lasted all of 5 minutes. That part of it. We have a few more days left before the upheaval begins once again .

Friday, July 8, 2011. And a Cuter Ballerina You Never Did See. I've been dying to post this for weeks now, and today is the day for my blog barrage! On June 11, Grace had her first ballet recital. After a year of hard work - especially for her - the Big Day finally arrived. And my little girl couldn't have been more excited. She's a discerning little ballerina, that's for certain. No But better. Stronger. And I have no doubt she'll continue to do so. Calm as can be. Grace does everything with a flourish.
