Sunday, 28 September 2014. Pineapple Kesari Vermicelli / Ananas wali Sewaiya/ Indian Sweet Dish. Pineapple - 2 tbsp chopped. Yellow color- a pinch optional. Water- 1 cup (adjust according to the quality of sewai). Start heating water in a pan. Let it boil for 1-2 minute. Meantime heat one tsp ghee in a pan. Roast it for few seconds. Don't let it change the color. I have added sugar in the boiling pineapple. Don't do it, add it when vermicelli is cooked. Pinch of yellow color. And boil for one minute.

Thursday, 28 August 2014. Moong Sprout Sandwich/ Healthy Sandwich/ Healthy Breakfast. One more healthy recipe. Everybody knows that sprouts are healthy. So i thought to add this in sandwich. It came out so crispy and tasty. I have used white bread as i was only having it on my shelf. Use multigrain/brown bread to make it super healthy. I feel its a breeze to make them in the breakfast in the morning rush hours. My kids liked them a lot. Hope you will like them too. Bread (white/brown/multigrain)- 6 slices.
