Paring Down the Fat. This is me, walking off my pounds. Monday, February 28, 2011. I'm like a bouncing ball with all these weight loss efforts that start off good and then quickly fizz out. Even almost immediately after they are started. The no calorie counting wasn't working, as evidenced by the scale this morning. So, I'm back to using the BodyBugg and tracking my calories.
