Paris to London Challenge. Monday, 16 April 2012. Day two of the challenge overall has gone well. Another marathon distance covered in 4hours 50mins. Really pleased with that time although I felt I was getting slower and slower towards the end! My legs felt pretty tight, especially my quads and hamstrings. The girls from Fit For Sport (Chelsea Papworth and Kirstie George) arrived this morning to help with loosening of my muscles which will be massively beneficial everyday of the challenge.
