Comparison - Carrie Bradshaw Lied
http://carriebradshawlied.com/2015/03/comparison-is-the-thief-of-joy.html
Food & drink. March 18, 2015. 8220;Let everyone be sure to do his very best, for then he will have the personal satisfaction of work done well and won’t need to compare himself with someone else.” – Galatians 6:4. When I saw this quote for the first time a year or so ago, I practically started clapping. How true is this? And why is it that even though we know it’s true, we all still struggle with it? When I decided to compete for Miss Mississippi Teen USA. Purpose and God’s purpose for you while co...

The Chronicles of Carroll: Wednesday's Words
http://chroniclesofcarroll.blogspot.com/2014/08/wednesdays-words.html
Wednesday, August 27, 2014. I feel so often that I am my own harshest critic. Recently, I found this quote on Pinterest and it spoke to me so much that I made a print and have it framed in my office. I find myself looking at it and thinking about it throughout the day and it helps me put life in perspective. Aren't we all doing the best that we can? I am so thankful to be linking up with Jenni. For this encouraging linkup. Thanks for hosting, ladies! Nina @ Flowers in my Hair. August 28, 2014 at 11:00 AM.

http://www.theperfectcatchblog.com/2015/08/watermelon-summer-session-jack-at-27.html
Tuesday, August 11, 2015. Watermelon Summer Session : Jack at 27 Months. A few weeks ago I took Jack for a "Watermelon Mini-Session" with Momma's Gonna Snap Photography. Through Houston Moms Blog. I wanted to capture a few professional images of him at two years old since I didn't do a formal two-year session for him. I love how they turned out and really captured his silly and sweet personality, skinned-knees and all! Hope you have a great day! Jen at And Hattie Makes Three. August 11, 2015 at 3:56 PM.

Tuesday, May 22, 2012. No Heat Required: The Perfect Heatless Curls Hair Tutorial. Currently my hair is the longest it's ever been! I've just always been a short hair girl. I get very bored wearing it straight and I'm constantly lusting after all the celebrities with perfect curls and waves. My hair is very thick so if I curl it with rollers or even with a VERY hot curling iron, the curl is gone within a few hours. When I found this hair tutorial. About no-heat curls I was hopeful, but skeptical. Step Th...

Friday, August 29, 2014. I had so much fun trying to put together an outfit last month. That was inspired by one of my Pinterest pins. That I decided to go for it again! With Labor Day approaching I knew I wanted to make sure to include white jeans in this look since our summer season will soon be replaced by fall! The Perfect Catch: January Goals
http://www.theperfectcatchblog.com/2015/01/january-goals.html
Tuesday, January 6, 2015. For 2015, I plan to write a monthly post that lists my goals for the month and also recaps progress on past month's goals. I got the idea from Blue-Eyed Bride. Who did this last year. I think this will be a fun way to keep myself accountable for things I want to focus on. Each month as I post new goals I will also report back on how I did the previous month. With all that said, my goal list might be a little lofty, but I will give myself some grace if not everything gets done.
