The scan of my lungs showed no reason for alarm other than the pneumonia, so now I'm waiting for the costly little pills to do their thing, and assumedly all will be well. . . . . . The long gap since the last presidential primary election (was it only five weeks ago? Dylan and I stopped by the USD football practice yesterday (indoors no doubt because of the ghastly 50 MPH wind outdoors). Unfortunately we won't be here for the spring red-white game Friday ...

Friday, February 29, 2008. Now THAT was a shot! I don't suppose anybody had his/her videocamera working in the last two seconds of the first half of the USD-Augustana men's game Thursday night. It had been quite a three years for her and an amazing achievement- -not only completing her law degree but also raising the most wonderful little 5-year-old boy you can imagine.
