CrossFit can be intimidating, but it shouldn’t be. We provide some easy steps in order to get you up to speed and prepared to join our regular group classes. We have people of all different ages and skill levels training with us and thriving. 1 Try a free intro class! We offer them on Monday evening at 8pm and Saturday morning at 10am. 2 Sign up for our three-week introductory On-Ramp program. At the end of the three weeks, we give you a week of free regular classes to round out your first month.

My weighted dip went from 70 pounds for a single to 110 for triples. 10 body weight dips. Week 1: 5 sets of 5 with weights, plus a warm-up set done with body weight.
