She's picking up sign language more readily and also making more sounds. She even said "up" during the session! Also, Alex is taking an after-school art class that he enjoys. Tuesday, January 19, 2010. Long Time, So Much To Report. The courtroom was decorated with balloons and stuffed animals and the judge was amazing. He avoided speaking "legaleeze" and made everyone feel truly comfortable, which only added to the celebratory aura in the air. To top it off, our awesome friends, Matt and Crystal, invited everyone to their home and prepared a great dinner. We can't thank them enough for their wonderful hospitality. Wednesday, June 24, 2009. It has been a busy two weeks (with just two weeks to go from today)! We have been in baby prep mode. washing clothes, unpacking gifts (thanks, everyone! And setting up swings/strollers/bouncy seats, etc. Now we're getting serious. starting to pack the diaper bag, hospital "go" bags, and Sophie's vet/boarding bag. Saturday, September 26, 2009. Swimming, Sitting and Smiling. Emelia turned 12 weeks old yesterday. and seems to be changing and growing at warp speed. Our way of keeping up with friends and family we don't get to see often. Sunday, January 9, 2011. Holly and Todd took a much needed vacation after a long year. We set sail on Holland America's Eurodam for the Carribean on Jan. 2nd and returned 6 days later. It was a nice relaxing time. We caught up on reading naps and ate ourselves silly.
