Saturday, 6 July 2013. Last week, I wanted to try something new. And I'm very lucky to find this recipe (without much searching) from 'Simply Recipe' website - Banana Cake. To my surprise, the method is very simple. You don't even need a mixer! And the cake batter is almost similar to the one I use for other butter based cake batter.
