There was some construction going on to try to improve the place. I managed to snap a few choice shots while staying away from the construction equipment and blocked off areas. Anyways, I got a once in a lifetime chance to head over to St. James American Memorial Cemetery in France over the Memorial Day weekend. The trip was for work with the Honor Guard. This is France. Sunday, April 5, 2009. On our way back from Poland we stopped in Dresden, Germany. The weather was terrible. It was raining and freezing cold. The wind was blowing my umbrella around as well. Needless to say, not many pictures surfaced from this trip. This is the Frauenkirche. If you notice, there are some black bricks on it. These bricks were reused from WWII after Dresden was bombed.
