In a time that is rife with changes and transitions, ones which have occurred at my own hand and ones that have been imposed on me, I find that music is the key to getting through it all. Another thing that is helping me through is Family Guy. I love mindless humor and find that when I am in a dark spot a little of naughty Stewie or a “Shut up, Meg! 8221; goes a long way.
