http://govmenttalk.blogspot.com/2010/11/freedom-for-who.html
Monday, November 29, 2010. While the student is not employed by the state and therefore does not represent the will or opinions of the school or government, the speech is still being given at a school event which the school should be held somewhat accountable for. But in doing so would the school be violating the rights of the student? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Freedom of speech, or harassment and violation. My US Government Blog. Please don’t get me wrong, I am happy that I live where I do. I have the right to vote, and I have the right to voice my opinion. It is everyone else’s opinion I am tired of. What is the cure? Government Gab: A Prime Example
http://govgab101.blogspot.com/2010/09/prime-example.html
Friday, September 17, 2010. Study's have shown that unemployment rates haven't reached a point this low since the Great Depression. Evidence of this is seen in our own backyard, with panhandlers at every intersection. Is this due to American Prosperity declining? Perhaps it's due to irresponsible government spending? No matter the cause, one thing is for sure, something must be done and soon. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Austin, Texas, United States. View my complete profile. My US Government Blog.

http://anewunderstanding.blogspot.com/2010/09/legislative-plan.html
A Layman's Look at the US Goverment. Friday, September 17, 2010. I thought I would continue my train of thought. A few days ago I was watching John Stewart interviewed the chair of the Democratic National Committee, Tim Kaine. John ask Tim what the Democrat's message was. This is where Tim pulled a key chain out of his pocket and handed it to John. The slogan was “Don't Give Them The Keys Back”. Are you serious? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Other Blogs to read. Amor patriae: Freedom of speech: Does the constitution come with disclaimers?
http://amorpatriae2010.blogspot.com/2010/10/freedom-of-speech-does-constitution.html
Friday, October 29, 2010. Freedom of speech: Does the constitution come with disclaimers? Does freedom of speech apply to all, or just to those with whom we agree? I surprised myself in the writing of this article. By the end of it I realized that I did not have the opinion that I believed I did upon first hearing of this case. When I put aside my emotions I realized that intellectually I had to disagree with my own initial thoughts. November 9, 2010 at 10:19 PM. November 11, 2010 at 4:23 PM. NOTHING....
