Tuesday, July 10, 2007. This is the only picture of one of my felted brooches that I have left out of many! I have been selling these in galleries for a few years now, they are soooo popular! The base is wet felted felt from Welsh merino wool, I add one of my partial face cabs and beads. That's it! These mini pieces all came about after coming across a piece of rectangular shaped wood inside a cigar box. I have had ATC size wooden chunkies on my mind for a swap over at the PW Forum. I should have a couple of those to show you soon. The center pointy house is cut from the top of a survey stake, you can imagine my delight when my husband surprised me with that!
