Yet another panoramic view from Le Piton de la Fournaise. We were concerned about the accumulation of clouds but these tend to evaporate quickly over the intense heat of the Plaine des Osmondes. The black solidified lava flows heat up and literally cause an updraft. Camera: Sony Alpha 6000 (ILCE-6000). Lens: Sony 10-18mm f/4 OSS. 35mm focal length: 15mm.
