Pash Jewellery Design: March 2011. Books, Catelogues and Anthologies. Saturday, March 26, 2011. Well it's about time! About time for what? A new blog post? Curtains I have been wanting to make for the past two years? Yes to all of the above! I went nuts at the dollar store and not only drew the scene on but sewed on lots of accessories! You can see how this wonderful work of art was being held up by duct tape which constantly needed adjustments. Below are the process pics and my finished curtains!

Upcoming and Past Events. So in I went! I love vintage stores, they remind me of my cottage and all the wonderful trinkets my mother and grandmothers have kept over the years. You would think I would be immediately drawn to the jewellery but I'm a big sucker for vintage purses. I found the little nook where they lived and started rifling through. Upcoming and Past Events. Turquoise, Emeralds and a Lovely Surprise! Golden Globe 2014 Favourites. So, last Sunday was the 71st Annual Golden Globe Awards for television and film. I've been watching this awards show and The Oscars since I was 12. Half for the movies and tv shows and half for the fashion, ooooobviously. Here are my favourites from the red carpet this year. Upcoming and Past Events. Treasures In The Tool Shed. So there was a bit of extra focus in that particular area. I can't help myself, my Mom and I started nosing around and I ended up emptying a drawer labeled "Grandpa's Tools". I don't know if you know this but jewellers LOVE tools. Well, I'm a jeweller (obviously) and I love tools and I love anything antique or vintage. Put those together and I'm in heaven! Vice grips, wooden level, sharpening stone, lock. More wrenches and a piece of a monkey wrench.
