Especially when it pertains to my health. So I've been trying (as always) to maintain a healthy living, not drinking too much, eating right, jogging once a day and playing a football match once a week. Thankfully, none of this is a chore, it's quite enjoyable really. But I could do more. So here's Monday nights result.

Rightio - after Monday nights, frankly sickening results, I was reluctant to put a patch on again - the way I see it, the world isn't ready for that amount of pure dirt.
