Recipe of the month. Mixed Dried Italian Herbs. Pickled Jalapenos, Chopped. Cheese, grated (For Gamish). Cut and deseed the red bellpeppers. Blanch in hot water and drain. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic till the onions are translucent. Combine the blanched red bellpeppers, onions and garlic in a blender and puree to a smooth sauce. Add the sauce in a pan. Add the fresh cream, mixed dried herbs, jalapenos, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Add the Pastallio Pasta. Mix well.
