Iedereen kan zelf zeggen wat hij of zij moeilijk vindt of mooi, wat hem of haar aanspreekt en bemoedigt. Niemand kan verkeerde dingen zeggen. Dat maakt het makkelijker om mee te doen aan het gesprek. Maar je kunt ook helemaal niets zeggen en gewoon luisteren. Dat is ook goed. Onderzoek leert dat mensen als u en ik. 10% onthouden van wat we lezen. 20% van wat we horen.
