I found it in scripture, in Psalm 86:11 "Teach me your way, O Lord, and I will walk in your truth; give me an undivided heart that I may fear your name.". So how are you living? Sunday, December 31, 2006. We, yes I am including you, seem to wait for a day to be done before deciding what kind of a day it was. What if we, yes you too, decided before a particular day started that it was going. To be a great day. I believe that the day will generally become what you are looking for. The wife and I are leaving for our District's Pastor and Spouse Retreat in Petoskey, Michigan. We will be gone for 3 days. I have never been gone this much in one month before, with vacation, Men's retreat and now this retreat, but I am enjoying all of it with no apologies. Gotta finish things up so I can leave in about 45 minutes. Monday Musings (again) .

Tuesday, October 31, 2006. I have a confession to make, I do not enjoy making Christmas lists. There I said it. Does anyone else agree with me? Anything else. Maybe it is the fact that I would seriously rather give a gift than get one. But whatever it is I don't enjoy it. Our family is great about the lists and the giving. Now if they would just let me get away without giving a list it would be almost perfect. How about it? Oh well, here is to the lists and more importantly to the giving they will produce.

I am encouraged that at least a handful of people are praying for us to have revival. I am encouraged by things God is showing me personally for my own revival and I certainly need one.
