Now that, HRSFA constitutional review group, was an elegant way to accomplish your desire to explicitly lay out responsibility for board members while simultaneously allowing those members to determine what a reasonable division of that responsibility is. If you're American, today is an especially important day to reflect on and attack white privilege. Especially if you know and can influence anyone in law enforcement or the justice system.
