Pat-a-rina travel and food adventures. Saturday, May 8, 2010. Gosh this blog is REALLY not taking off. Between the last post and today, I have been to a few places such as Melbourne, Hong Kong, Guilin, Penang and most recently Italy (Singapore too but that's for work so it's not really a travel adventure, besides it's Singapore :). Pat-a-rina travel and food adventures. Thursday, December 16, 2010. Tokyo- Good food gracious people! I just returned from a fantastic short holiday to Tokyo. We attended a traditional Japanese wedding and it was just beautiful. In Japan culture, the banquet is lunch (before that was the Shinto ceremony) and the bride and grooms' bosses are requested to give a speech. Try that in Malaysia? Great day for outdoor photo taking. Pat-a-rina travel and food adventures. Tuesday, August 12, 2008. Ever wondered if what you're doing now is what you will continue to do for the next 3-5 years? Sigh* Perhaps when work starts becoming less challenging that one will feel the urge to change scene. The grass might not always be greener on the other side but perhaps it is still a different grass and hence will taste/feel different? Should one stop seeking for new learnings and settle in their own comfort zone? I need a holiday.

The consolation is I do have a bit more time to think about the next phase in life. Also my skin seems to have improved. So stress is really a culprit huh? But I love my old job! This is taken outside Traders Hotel near Komtar area. This stall sells yam rice (signage not captured in photo). Penang is rather charming and I can see why people love Penang. As per Man Hon's advice I've started on 2ml twice daily since yesterday 29th Sept (Tues). Looking back at the calendar, I've been on OLIVENOL for about 6 weeks now, initial improvement seen but currently back to square one.
