Teddie came to live with me on a cold Saturday in November, 1995. I had gone to the Northlake. Pet Smart with the intention of adopting a female kitten. I was thinking a sweet little calico would be nice. But Teddie had other ideas. The minute I entered the adoption area, Teddie began. Pat so sorry, what a nice tribute to your Teddie.

Here’s a recipe for a healthy snack bar that I’ve been enjoying lately. As with so many of my healthy eating ideas, this recipe came to me via my good friend, Erica. The original recipe was called Warrior Bars from a program called Fresh Start 21. I made a few changes to make it my own, and here is my version of Warrior Bars. 2 tablespoons chia seeds 6 tablespoons water.

It's all about those days. Thank you to all who were following me, the fact you were there meant so much to me. I know i should not be weak or care what ppl say but. Sadly i am not at that point yet.
