Tuesday, 17 February 2015. I have been true to my stash sewing commitment and so far this year I have managed to refrain from buying new fabrics. Yay me! Well actually that is not entirely true. I did buy a meter of fabric to complete my Aragon bag (pattern by Sew Sweetness. For the Aussie Bag Swap 2015. But as that was for a specific project it doesn't count! Here is the bag I made for my partner. I made a little pouch from left over fabric and have filled that with a few goodies for my partner to enjoy.

Bet you didn't think I'd be back so soon with a finish, me either ;) I am quite famous for not being able to accurately determine how long something will take. . . mostly things take a LOT longer than I estimate. This one took LESS time than I thought! OK, I might. Not have done one thing other than quilt on this yesterday. . . In my defense - it was SO much fun! Right, I couldn't! Not much to say on this one. So here it is, my version of the Kremlin :). So there you have it!

Friday, February 27, 2015. We are winding up the Southern Snowpocalypse down here. The kids have been home from school four days this week - for the second week in a row. It's funny to admit it, but I think we're kind of beginning to establish a nice rhythm with us all home. That said, I'm desperate for Spring to arrive!
