One Minute Video: The Long Take. This workshop is for anyone who is interested in fine arts (i.e., painting, sculpting, ceramics, textile et cetera). The try-outs for this workshop, however, has been targeted at adults taking ceramics. This does not mean that the teaching model could not easily be made appropriate for other audiences. Session 1: 26-11-2011 until 14-01-2011. Session 2: 15-02-2011 until 18-03-2011. Session 1: 7 CKC participants (age 50 ). Session 2: 13 CKC participants (age 50 ).

On June 11, the final performance ‘Gaming Arcade’ directly attracted the attention of the audience with the video projection. In this ‘classical’ piece the dancers (e.g., gamers) were absorbed into a computergame. They were literally sucked into the game through the video projection (e.g., the projection displayed an abstract monster). Erasing the boundaries between the arcade, the computergame and the dancers. Duration: December 14, 2010 until June 11, 2011. December 14, 2010 until June 11, 2011.

Make Your Own Game. In the Gaming theme we’ve developed the workshop ‘Make Your Own Game’. In this workshop you learn to make your own video game (shooter game) using Gamemaker. Kids learned to program, design the gamne and make animations. At the end of the workshop, played each others games. Participants learn how to make an interactive computer game using Gamemaker software. This is the portfolio site of the Digital Art Lab.
