Working from home can get a bad wrap sometimes, and dont get me wrong, there are some really draining elements to it but in all; its pretty sweet. I reckon that if youre not loving working from home, youre doing it wrong. . God knows I was doing it wrong. I was feeling like this because I thought I had invented making yoghurt in the slow cooker. Turns out I didn’t. You see, I have made this yoghurt. Times, but always using an esky {cooler for you non Aussies} for the incubation step. I don’t have an esky anymore so I was challenged to think of something like an esky.
