SHADY LANE RV PARK. Can we rent a space for just a week or two? Due to billing complexities we only rent by the month. However, with our low rates you ll probably still come out ahead. Do we need to send in a fee with out application to cover the credit check? Not at this time. Just send in a completed application for residency form and two recent and clear photos of your R.V. and we ll do the rest and respond in writing within 10 days, at no cost to you. San Blas, Mexico -Festivals in Mexico
http://www.visitsanblas.com/festivals.html
This is just a partial list of festivals. They have so many it is hard to keep track of them all. They have what they call 'bridge holidays' where 2 holidays are close together so they make it one big holiday. The festivals are characterized by parades in the street, dancers, fireworks and church bells at 4 in the morning. Bring earplugs. Actually they don't do that much for New Years. International Bird Watching Festival. Jose Maria Mercado Day. March usually falls during lent so it is a quiet month.

For me the nightlife consists of sitting in the plaza eating ice cream. There are many, many holidays, with parades, fireworks, dancers and live entertainment in the plaza. Sometimes a circus or hypnotist will arrive and these can be quite entertaining for $2. At other time they have amusement park rides. On Saturdays they often have live music at the local restaurants - usually at Wala Wala or upstairs at McDonalds. Known for its seafood, McDonalds. The Wakame Gourmet Chinese Restaurant.

San Blas, Nayarit, Mexico - Costs:. On a tight budget, you can camp at the beach at one of the ramadas but it's pretty buggy. Restaurants dinners for tourists run about $5 to $10 US, but there are some Mexico style places where you can eat for under $5. Or you can stock up at the market and cook at home. People say you can live on $400 a month but I spend about $700. The buses in Mexico are great but not cheap - fares to Tepic are $5 one way, Vallarta $10, and Guadalajara $20. Matzuwa, Huichol Art.

Photos by John Keegan. San Blas by Sophie Jensen (1998). Some commercial establishments make much of a mythical pirate history; the place was never a pirate stronghold, but rather a base for repelling them. All of this is part of the town s goofy charm. It s full of ruins- an old fort, church and counting house, once-teeming shrimp, clam and oyster beds, once-bountiful rare birds, at least three contemporary hotels, uncounted dreams. They all testify to its series of incarnations. San Blas feels no parti...

Buses in Mexico, San Blas, Nayarit, Mexico
http://www.visitsanblas.com/gettingaround.html
There are 3 taxi companies all by the plaza. They charge about $100US one way to Puerto Vallarta, $50US to Tepic. At arrival, passenger insurances and taxes. For more info email rayo11 2000@yahoo.com or call (322) 22 1 18 69. There are no car rentals in San Blas or surrounding areas. I have heard they have them in Tepic but even that is iffy. Best place to rent a car is in the airport in Puerto Vallarta. Flying to other parts of Mexico. Matzuwa, Huichol Art. Web Design by Pat Cordes.
