Tuesday, August 26, 2008. Many of you have heard my latest news by now, but in case you haven't, I received the results of my MRI and x-rays today. It appears that the cancer has metastasized to my right hip. There is a golf-ball-sized tumor on the socket (acetabulum). Of course, there is always the possibility that this is another primary cancer, but that is. Says, "He holds my world in His hands.". Though he slay me, yet will I hope in him. -Job 13:15. God is my doctor. God is not frightened by cancer.

Thursday, September 11, 2008. There is always, always something to be thankful for. Finally . . . encouraging words! For most of the day, Daniel's pupil continued to be dilated abnormally. As the day wore on, though, it slowly returned to almost normal size. The neurologist said there might be one millimeter of difference between the two. What we had expected to be a normal office visit with Dr. Gilbert quickly turned into something altogether different. Tuesday, September 30, 2008. Here are some pictures of Rabbit with his Daddy this weekend. Notice that Daddy has a red spot on the back of his head that matches Rabbit's hair color to a tee. The rest are just sweet moments between father and son that I had the privilege to witness. This video was shot yesterday as well. Sunday, April 20, 2014. What a beautiful morning to celebrate Jesus' resurrection. The kids were excited to see their Easter baskets. I love how much they love! We tried multiple times to get a good picture - I just couldn't decide which one I loved the most! Each one semed to capture their personalities. This one has to be my favorite though. I know I'm biased but aren't they beautiful? After church we had everyone over for lunch. Getting 8 kids to smile and sit still is tough! I love making memories.
