Monday, June 8, 2015. The average score on the USMLE Step 1 exam has been gradually increasing. Students now have an array of resources that are crucial in securing that "above average" score. Unfortunately this isn't Lake Wobegon. And so everyone can't be above average. That said, there are some resources that are essential to the success of many students with respect to Step 1 and beyond. My theory is that students are getting better at preparing for the test each year. Pathoma. Is one such resource.
