Monday, June 25, 2012. Good Eats for Asthmatics. I started my diet portion of this experiment yesterday. I enjoyed baked cod with garlic and rosemary and also some diary-free, gluten-free pancakes- they were surprisingly delicious! I'm also taking the herbal supplement Boswellia, and I'll follow up on that in upcoming posts. Here's the list (compiled from multiple sources with explanation):. Anti-allergic, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory. May prevent hay fever. Relaxes bronchial smooth muscle tissue.
