The majority of them are green . Strangely, there appears to still be a few tiny male catkins remaining. Some of the leaves are providing nourishment for visitors to the tree. The bark is go...

http://lizlee-liz.blogspot.com/2015/08/peanut-butter.html
Life at the Gables. Tuesday, 4 August 2015. Peanut butter is almost an American institution. Today I had a craving for that institution. But what to have it on? Bagels, toast, waffles? Being Terribly British I didn't want to go down the whole. American route so compromised and had. Peanut butter on English crumpets. Decision now is do I put jelly on the top? Or jam to us Brits). 4 August 2015 at 16:19. Havent tried it on toast yet but the peanut butter cups from Tader Joes get full marks! A Home for Alice.

Life at the Gables: 10 Things I Miss
http://lizlee-liz.blogspot.com/2015/08/10-things-i-miss.html
Life at the Gables. Wednesday, 5 August 2015. 10 Things I Miss. If I'm honest with myself I haven't really missed Scotland. Home is where my boys are and if they're in Texas then that's home. Just occasionally I miss certain things. This weekend was Speyfest back in the old village. And there were photos galore on Facebook. That got me thinking. What DO I miss? I miss my newly re-vamped garden - even in the rain! John spent months doing this all by himself and even built a pizza oven. I miss my boy.

Had to get a photo outside the Texas shop *. Mum managed to get a photo with her son-in-law. Who very kindly stood for one photo! All in all a great day out :0).
