grain chronicles: March 2012
http://grainchronicles.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 30, 2012. Thursday, March 15, 2012. I've got a new project on the go while i wait on the upholstery for the ottoman. This one is different for me in a few ways. first, it's being made for claire and i specifically. second, i'm using some commercial veneer. We've long needed a place to file our papers, so i'm combining this with a record cabinet. It's been fun working with commercial veneer. just fun to learn some new techniques. grain chronicles: Tools Tools Tools
http://grainchronicles.blogspot.com/2015/03/tools-tools-tools.html
Tuesday, March 31, 2015. I just got a new tool. Always fun. It's a 10" inca jointer/planer that's replacing a 4" jointer and 12" planer. it takes up about half the space, and gives me much better jointing capacity. it's a nice, clean machine with decidedly swiss features, like the planetary gear drive system. I have been thinking about one of those for ages, looks like a great solution for a small shop. March 31, 2015 at 9:19 AM. Do these come with the slot mortiser? Or is that the table saw?
