Well, maybe I should clarify-we all have really "off" sleeping patterns and habits, and it's made our family dynamic.let's just say, less than stellar :) I just read an article from my USC alumni magazine about the sleep research they're heading up right now, and it became quite clear to me ( again. That our approach to sleep needs to change, like, yesterday. I sure hope it is.
