Then, the chorus sings despair. Orphan organs cry for air. Down the staircase without steps. Slide down the rabbit hole. (But a wide-mouthed bear is waiting). Just hold your breath and you’ll be fine. (No - I don’t trust you). You’re safe in this cradle, believe me. (Well, I have to. What choice is there? Oh, pulsing in time.

Like a synthetic skin stretched over an ancient shame. We see only the polished, spit-shined mask. And forget that, underneath, the skeleton still remains. A twin octave sound, a machine-man’s voice. Whispers seduction through binary code. He pleads innocence but he’s left us with no choice. None can outrun the omnipresent soundtrack he so carelessly wrote.
