This was good enough to guarantee me starts in all the sprint races in the Canadian world cups. The Winsport frozen thunder classic sprint brought an even more competitive field this year with many on the top Americans as well as Canadians in attendance. It was a great volume block and perhaps the best one I have ever done, but it was time for a break. Luckily that was just what the coach’s had planned for us. Samedi 19 septembre 2009. Le mois de septembre est déjà arrivé! En septembre c'est là qu'il y a un petit déclic entre les longues heures d'été et les intensité d'automne! Si je compte bien je devrais être sur neige dans environ 2mois! Septembre ici à nakkertok veut aussi dire quelques test pour nous dire si la forme va bien ou pas. Mercredi 29 juillet 2009. Bloc d'intensité,Repos et direction bloc de volume! Cela fait un petit bout de temps que je ne vous ai pas donné de nouvelles(au rares personne suivant mon blog haha). Par contre cela ne ma pas démotivé pour autant et j'ai pu enregistré de bonne heures d'entraînement sur les skiroue et le vélo de route! Donc juillet s'annonçait un mois chargé et à date je ne suis point deçu! On vien juste de terminer un Bloc d'intensité. C'est quoi? Ruisseau près de Wakefield(vers le chalet).

Mardi 15 septembre 2009. Ca fait vraiment un bout de temps que je n'ai pas fait de post pour mon blog. WAAA le temps passe vite dernièrement c'est juste pas croyable! Deja rendu à la deuxi;eme semaine de septembre et l'automne commence a ce faire sentir.Il est 1heure PM et la température n'est que de 13 degrées sur mon thermometre! Bon je vais recapituler le mois d'Août, car il fut fort interessant! Premierement ce fut un mois tres charger! La semaine allais être chargé mais au combien remplis de plaisir!
