http://pulpitpounder.blogspot.com/2005_05_01_archive.html
Tales of the Absurd With a Conservative Spin. Tuesday, May 31, 2005. Putting the "Free" Back in "Free Exercise". I posted this a couple of weeks ago (May 8, actually), but I think with the introduction of the Bill in the House of Representatives on May 26 it probably needs to go up again:. According to News With Views. After a sneeze an unconscionable display of religion. In other words, there should no longer be a bonanza for the ACLU every time somebody's feelings get hurt. I just took a test at QuizFa...

The Virginian Reporter: Finally, some common sense advice
http://gopman.blogspot.com/2005/10/finally-some-common-sense-advice.html
A voice of reason from Northern Virginia. Wednesday, October 19, 2005. Finally, some common sense advice. Finally, there's a common sense medical opinion regarding the bird flu hysteria that's sweeping the world. At least one memner of the medical and scientific community has the sense to say what many think and the MSM ignores: that there's little threat to humans from the bird flu! The Virginian Reporter: April 2005
http://gopman.blogspot.com/2005_04_01_archive.html
A voice of reason from Northern Virginia. Wednesday, April 27, 2005. More out of control cops and ineffective teachers. How's this for overkill? In Tampa, sheriff's deputies apparently handcuffed a 5-year-old girl and arrested her for being disruptive in class on March 14th. And of course, the whole event was captured on video. Her family's attorney is, of course, "planning leagal action" the school board and sheriff's office. What a shock, a 5-year-old being unruly and disruptive in a kindergarten class?

A Conservative View Of The World From The Shores Of Lake Erie. Site best viewed on Mozilla FireFox browser. Getting the Congressional Brushoff. Very truly yours, Steven C. LaTourette Member of Congress. They all seem to forget that clause in the 1st Amendment. You cannot exercise a Constitutional right if in doing so you interfere with my ability to exercise mine. And these cases do just that. Is outright inaccurate. Where do the fees awarded come from? Posted by Gribbit at 6/30/2005 07:14:00 PM. Mark Le...

A voice of reason from Northern Virginia. Sunday, January 30, 2005. Barking up the wrong tree. Someone anonymously posted this on Jan. 26th in the "comments" section of my blog:. It just continuously amazes (and disturbs) me how you silly liberals cannot seem to fathom what is at stake in our country, what we need to learn from history, and your contempt for the truth. Are you all asleep? It occured to me that one of two things happened here:. I am a conservative and member of the Republican Party. I bel...

The Virginian Reporter: I stand corrected...
http://gopman.blogspot.com/2005/08/i-stand-corrected.html
A voice of reason from Northern Virginia. Thursday, August 25, 2005. About the speech I posed yesterday. Apparently it wasn't made by thge current CNO, but rather by a retired Chief who posted to my site yesterday. I've posted the reply below so that the proper disclaimer and credit can be conveyed:. I'm glad you liked "The Wrong Army," but it is not a speech by the Chief of Naval Operations. It's actually an opinion column I wrote for Military.Com. Posted by GOP Man at 11:30 AM. The Virginian Reporter: Here come the unfunded mandates.
http://gopman.blogspot.com/2005/10/here-come-unfunded-mandates.html
A voice of reason from Northern Virginia. Tuesday, October 18, 2005. Here come the unfunded mandates. A mess of extreme magnitude that we can't afford. And, of course, suddenly the Beltway folks are having a fiscally conservative revelation that they're spending too much so they're going to try and carve off some fat, and this leads to statements that our government is operating more efficiently than in the poast and that there's no more to cut. Huh? Posted by GOP Man at 7:53 AM. View my complete profile.
