Makes 6 to 8 medium-sized thin pizza bases. Place the ball of dough in a large flour-dusted bowl and flour the top of it. Inspired by a suggestion from a very dear friend to encourage the consumption of a wider variety of foods, I have decided to feed the family foods from around the world during the Olympics and have them give a score for the meal.
